How To Heal Your Self Worth

f you’re struggling with chronic health issues like PCOS, gut problems, or chronic fatigue, you may be wondering, “Why can’t I fully heal my body?” You’ve tried the supplements, the diets, the exercise plans, but nothing seems to work long-term. The truth is, what’s blocking your healing might not just be a physical condition, but a deeper, less obvious issue—your nervous system, cellular health, and even your emotional relationship with yourself.

Let’s dive into what could really be stopping your body from healing naturally.

A Dysregulated Nervous System

One of the most common barriers to healing is a dysregulated nervous system. The nervous system controls how our body reacts to stress, but when it’s out of balance, it can leave us stuck in “fight or flight” mode. This happens when the body perceives chronic stress and can’t return to a relaxed state. Over time, this leads to nervous system fatigue, where our body can no longer manage or cope with stress properly. But how does this block healing?

When the nervous system is dysregulated, it prevents the body from fully resting and recovering. The vagus nerve, especially the dorsal vagus nerve, plays a huge role in regulating stress and relaxation. When this nerve is “shut down,” the body remains in a survival mode, unable to properly heal from other conditions like PCOS, gut problems, and autoimmune issues. Chronic stress keeps the nervous system in overdrive, preventing the recovery it desperately needs.

So, what are the signs of a dysregulated nervous system? You might experience heightened anxiety, chronic pain, exhaustion, or difficulty sleeping. Healing the nervous system naturally, through practices like meditation, grounding exercises, and nervous system calming techniques, is crucial for breaking this cycle. When you reset your nervous system, you restore balance and give your body the opportunity to heal.

Electrical Stress and Negative Electrons Deficiency

We live in a world that’s overloaded with electrical stress. Our bodies are constantly bombarded with electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from our phones, laptops, and Wi-Fi. While this invisible stress might seem harmless, it can cause a negative electrons deficiency, which affects our body’s natural healing processes.

Negative electrons are vital for our health and wellbeing. These tiny particles help reduce inflammation, fight free radicals, and support cellular repair. When our body doesn’t have enough negative electrons, healing becomes much harder. Without them, the body struggles to recover from stress and injuries, leading to chronic inflammation and slower recovery times.

One of the best ways to replenish your body with negative electrons is through grounding or “earthing.” Walking barefoot on grass, sand, or even concrete can allow your body to absorb these essential electrons directly from the Earth, helping to restore nervous system balance and support overall healing.

Damaged or Dysfunctional Cells

At the heart of all healing is the health of our cells. Unfortunately, damaged or dysfunctional cells can severely slow down or even block the body’s natural ability to recover. But how do cells get damaged in the first place?

Everyday stressors like poor diet, pollution, chronic stress, and exposure to toxins can cause cell damage. When our cells become damaged, they can’t communicate effectively or repair themselves as they should. This cellular dysfunction means that even if you’re doing everything right—eating well, getting enough sleep, and managing stress—your body may still struggle to heal.

The key to healing is helping your body regenerate healthy cells, and one powerful way to do this is by triggering autophagy—the body’s natural process of clearing out damaged cells to make room for healthier ones. While fasting is often linked to autophagy, we recommend achieving this through exercise, which can stimulate the process effectively without the need for restrictive diets. Additionally, practices like meditation and nervous system regulation exercises can support this healing by reducing stress and creating the right environment for cellular repair. When autophagy is activated and cells function properly, the body can repair itself, address chronic health conditions, and restore balance.

Lack of Self-Love

We often underestimate the impact that our emotional health has on our physical well-being. When you’re stuck in patterns of self-rejection or self-hatred, your body responds by shutting down. Negative emotions like shame, guilt, and fear can keep your nervous system stuck in survival mode, preventing you from entering the restful state necessary for healing.

When you lack self-love, you engage in behaviors that hurt your body, such as poor eating habits, neglecting rest, or putting up with toxic relationships. This constant emotional stress disrupts the balance of your nervous system, triggering a stress response that keeps your body in a state of inflammation and burnout.

Healing starts from within. When you nurture self-love, you’re telling your body it is worthy of care, rest, and nourishment. This shifts your nervous system into a healing state, reduces emotional stress, and promotes physical recovery. A loving relationship with yourself brings balance to your nervous system, supports emotional and physical health recovery, and enhances your body’s ability to heal from chronic illness.

Healing is a journey that requires creating the right balance in your body—physically, mentally, and emotionally. When you create the right environment, your body is remarkably capable of self-healing. When we foster practices that support nervous system regulation, promote negative electron replenishment, and trigger autophagy, and learn to love and accept ourselves we set the stage for profound transformation.
